Cellblock D

By Jordan Wilkerson
Sebastian would marvel later about how breaking out of jail had been the easiest part of his entire week. At least, he thought so.The rest of the five man team he was with might have thought differently. They had found each other about 3 hours after the massive jailbreak, caused by Cellblock D's most dangerous inhabitant, had occurred. The man had gone on the warpath, smashing in a fully armored guard's face, destroying the face-plate and knocking the man unconscious. This had started a full scale riot, first with Cellblock D, with A,B, and C following soon after. Sebastian had made a run for it when the general calm that was Cellblock B all went to hell, preferring not to tangle with the Warden's trained guards, the Wolf Pack, commonly referred to as the Lapdogs or worse by the prisoners.
Jesus. We do not need to run into that guy. Ever. Sebastian thought, referring to Prisoner D-5119. The guy was a maniac. A professional assassin from what Sebastian had heard, he had gone rogue on a job and had started killing everyone within a three mile radius, excluding his target. But he was the least of Sebastian's worries. The Wolf Pack had been on the hunt for him and his companions for the entire week. They had been on the run, hiding in everything you could imagine, including a convenient dumpster, for the majority of the week.  They now found themselves sitting around a fire in the woods. It was dark, about 9 O'clock. The shadow of the fire flickered across each of their faces. The group of inmates had managed to put about 4 large cities in between them and the prison.
"We need to get the hell out of here, man." Terrance, one of the burlier members of the group stated.
"Agreed. We need to get as far away as possible." Jonas, the leader of their small band of travelers, replies.
"Well, we're really not doing any good here, then." Allison, the only female in the group, but arguably the toughest, said, readjusting herself to make herself comfortable.
"That's true, but we also need sleep. We're not going to get anywhere snapping at each other's throats due to us having the red-eye." Aidan commented, his thick, Irish brogue ever present in his speech. They all looked at Jonas, waiting on his decision. He closed his eyes for a moment, and everything was quiet. Sebastian wondered at the the pure respect this man commanded from everything around him. It seemed as if the whole forest held it's breath, awaiting his word.
"Alright, we bed down here." he finally says. The rest of the group nods their head in approval.
"Terrance, you go on first watch."
     "Got it."
"We switch every hour, on the hour. I'll take last watch so we can move out at first light." They all nod and move to different areas to settle in for the night. Sebastian lay awake, wondering what would become of this band of inmates. For some reason, though, this whole situation bothered him.

So I'm legitimately thinking about adding this into my 20% project, guys. Maybe Sebastian would be an amnesiac criminal that MILITANT sends agents to track down.  I have a feeling though, that this is going to be a drastic drop in quality from the first round table. It needs work, definitely. Tell me what you guys think! Good, bad, ugly, whichever.
